If you missed this event… you did something wrong! This was, by far, one of the most awesome and memorable drift events I have been to since All Star Bash 2013. It was absolutely crazy to see the pros bring out their FD cars onto the Etown track. Not to mention the shredders out there running 3+ car tandems pretty much all day. It was nice to be able to experience that from the field as a photographer.
I really enjoyed talking to a few of the other media guys as well this time and I am grateful that they pointed me in the right direction for some of the most amazing angles that media has access to. Being my second time at Club Loose, they introduced me to spots I didn’t even know existed and I ended up capturing one of my favorite shots from a new (to me) location.
I had a chance to catch up with Matt Coffman, who I met a year or two ago in California at a Top Drift event. It was nice to see him and learn all about his pro car.
I also got the chance to hang briefly with Ryan Tuerck near the end of the event. Looking forward to possibly seeing him out at more Club Loose events throughout the year.
My goals for next time is to try and talk to more people and introduce myself. I am awkward and never know how to start a conversation with someone, which is why I don’t know many of the drivers or other media members. I am starting to get a little better and meet a couple people each time.
I wish I had the media force field this guy has to prevent people from walking into the shot!
Im not great with words and I’ve run out of things to say… so enjoy the rest of the gallery from the Etown Pro Brodown at Club Loose !
